“If you want something bad enough you will find away and if you don’t you will find and excuse….”
Things don’t just happen. You have to MAKE them happen. Everyone has excuses. The difference is that some choose to become their excuses while others choose to use them as fuel to over-come things. The reality is that there will never be an easier or better time to make your dreams a reality. Lives get busier, you get older, things cost more, you have more obligations, things happen…
You can live by your excuses or you can let your excuses fuel your desire to really live. Push yourself harder, eat a better diet, wake up earlier, stay awake later, manage cravings better or make better choices. You CAN balance it all, make it all work, if you really want it. Get “I can’t” out of your vocabulary and just find a way already. Successful people have excuses too. They just choose to use those excuses as fuel to get results.
Something will always get in the way (if you let it). The bottom line is your better self does not care that your job has demands, your kids need your attention, your pets need to be walked or that you have aches, pains, restrictions, cravings and demands. Your better self is waiting for your decide that you WANT IT BAD ENOUGH…
