You can read the full story here, but in a nutshell I am a 42 year-old single-mom who gained 50 lbs when pregnant.
I was working full time, my marriage was falling apart, and I lost my house. I was alone, over-weight, and over whelmed…but I turned it ALL around! And you can too!
I also have the autoimmune disease celiac sprue, which means I have been ‘gluten free‘ for 14+ years. Between that and my daughters severe peanut allergy, I understand food allergies very well.

I am PASSIONATE about nutrition. I understand metabolic syndrome, food allergies, food intolerance, diabetes (type I and type II) and I am always educating myself further on food as medicine.

This plan is the same as above, but it includes a WEEKLY scheduled call with me for a month (4 weeks total) and open text and e-mail communication for 4 weeks to help keep YOU accountable. It takes 17-30 days to create a new habit or change an old one, and with this plan I am there for you every step of the way! This is what I recommend for maximum results. One hour consult with me via phone or SKYPE, analysis of current eating and/or workout plan, re-cap of our plan discussed e-mailed to you after our consult, food education (why certain foods will or will not work for you), PRIORITY e-mail communication with me for 4 weeks, 3 additional scheduled follow up phone or SKYPE consults (one weekly for the 3 weeks following each initial call) $1,295.00
*NOTE* Consults will generally only be scheduled between 8:30-3:00 Week Days PACIFIC TIME. I will make a few exceptions to these times if my schedule permits.
