What motivates you to workout? Is it a new workout outfit? A double shot latte? Or is it your spin instructor yelling at you?

Motivation can come from a variety of places, but for me personally, my music is my motivation.

It’s crazy how music can have such an impact on your mood. The right song can motivate you, make you feel stronger, energize you, increase your endurance OR SIMPLY, get you moving.

I love it! I like upbeat (obviously) music that gets me fired up to workout.  The lyrics in music have the power to enhance our mood, make you want to move and accelerate our breathing. It literally puts you “in the zone” and can even help you keep pace.

Music is such an important part of my workout that I decided to create my own playlists in 10-minute segments to help people POWER through their workouts!
