Here I will share some quick, effective fat burning workouts that you can do at home…!
You don’t need much to do these exercises, however, a set of light adjustable weights , a yoga mat and an ab ball would help! If you do not have light weights, you could always get creative and improvise with soup cans or filled water bottles to start. If you want to up your calorie burn, do some cardio in-between these workouts. My favorite “in-between” sets cardio to do is either the jump rope or some old fashioned jumping jacks!
