Chicken Apple Lettuce Wraps

4oz shredded cooked chicken
1/2 apple sliced
1/2 cup grapes sliced
1 tsp dijon
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp crushed walnuts
Romaine lettuce as cups

Gini Stange Principealthough i don’t have the room to store or use those, i started using my staircase for a multitude of exercises. I can do pushups of different variations and walk up using muscle as well as backwards down and bear crawls (kind of). it’s fun and free 🙂

Burrito Bowl!
1 tbsp olive oil
4oz ground turkey
¼ onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
salt & pepper
2 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp goat cheese

cook turkey in non stick skillet til brown about 10 mins
in a separate skillet saute onion with 1 tbsp olive oil & salt / pepper til soft- line bowl with romaine lettuce leaves, add turkey, add goat cheese then top with tomato and cilantro!

Kandra Falerios CzarnowskiHey there. Unfortunately I have had many abdominal surgeries and a disorder with my last pregnancy called polyhydraminos (too much amniotic fluid). Basically I was so big it was like I was carrying four babies. So needless to say my muscles are so atrophied and separated that when I do standard abdominal exercises, I end up with muscle cramps every time. Is there any exercise that can help with the muscles being separated so that I may be able to start working my core? Thanks in advance and sorry this was so long.

Love these pretty colored beet-dyed eggs! Perfect for your Easter brunch!

Add beet juice and peeled hard boiled eggs to sandwich bag and let sit for at least an hour.

Slice hard boiled eggs in half, remove yolks and mix them with 1 tbsp mustard & 2 tbsp greek yogurt, salt & pepper ** measurements may differ depending on how many people you’re serving**

Brooke Taylor SlickThe origin of pickled beet eggs is Pennsylvania Dutch country (I’m from PA). I ate about five of these halves yesterday for Easter dinner. They need to soak in the beet juice for at least 48 hours to allow the full flavor to soak into almost the yolk. Tasty!!

Paula Melleby McKeownI tried to download the calendar – I was able to do it on the computer but I can’t click on anything to get to YouTube or anything else mentioned. I tried downloading it on my iPhone 6+ I have the same problem only it asks to download it into iBooks yet I still can’t click anything. I downloaded the app but I can’t get to the April calendar and if I click anything it says 4.99 per month or 39.99 per year. I’ve been trying to navigate all of this for a while with no success.

Valerie GastonWhat are the best exercises/yoga stretches for lower back/hip strengthening? I have issues with those areas and right now rolling out my IT and GM muscles are the main way of releasing the pain once it starts, but I’d really love to strengthen/tone up (drop excess weight) but not worry about irritating my problem areas.

When the thought of a workout went from motivating and exciting to making me think of “pain”, I knew I had a problem. Carla ReidI too have lower back pain and came from imbalances in my training. My physical therapist helped me to learn how to strengthen my lower back and get back in shape. Doctors just gave me drugs and wanted to give me injections. I knew I could heal myself on my own. Long road but worth it!

Casey JLI had my first deep tissue / first professional massage yesterday in my life. Turns out my lower back pain and stiffness is driven by tight gluteus. It’s amazing how our muscles work together. More planks and better stretching and foam rolling technique are a must for me.

Cassondra MartinIUnfortunately I had to have a lower back fusion of my L4-5 just 16 days ago. 🙁 I started you program a little over a year ago which helped me. In fact the Dr said had I not been doing the core strenghtening exercises I would have been in much worse condition. Now I have to work on getting back the hard part is, is thatin recovery I’m experiencing MORE pain and in new places than before surgery :/ I found a Dr in La Jolla Ca that does minimally invasive surgery so he did not cut through any muscles!! YAY!!!! Can’t wait to start back on your program!

Kim PearceI have suffered with lower back pain for 7 years now, I slipped two discs L4 andL5 so it was operation for me now I live, sleep and exercise with it. My pain meds have gone up way past morphine and methadone to the state I had to Waite until my nice let my next one to be dispatched I also have to take oxynorm for the breakthrough pain. So my movement is quite restricted but my gym has been very helpful. So any more tips will be gratefully received. xx

Drisana EvansSo glad you shared this! I’ve got a bulging disc and have tried everything except surgery and found no relief to the constant pain. I’ve been advised by a few people that I need to change the way my muscles work to help. Glad I have this to refer to.
