Yes! If you are new to working out, or have a physical limitation, start with The Total Body weight Beginner workout. Then progress to the Intermediate workouts and so on. Although all levels can do Stronger, it is best suited for those who have already been working out.
For the workouts, all you need is your own body weight. No weights or machines, no fancy gyms required, and NO expensive online trainers. These programs are all based on body weight exercises that can be done in your own home. That said, for 2 of the Progression challenges in Stronger, Pull-ups and Swiss Ball, you will need access to a pull-up bar and a swiss ball if you choose to do them (you don’t have to).
