What is so cool about this book, is that I had the help of a REAL Chef! But not just any chef… a chef that found her passion for healthy cooking AFTER losing a lot of weight with one of my nutrition programs.
Lisi was one of my first transformation stories when I launched the Jump Start program (more on that later). In addition to her new love of healthy living, she discovered a knack and love for healthy recipes!
She would send me recipe ideas periodically that I would try and share. It only made sense when it was time to do a Stay Lean Recipe Volume II Book to enlist help of Chef Lisi Parsons for her creativity and tasty recipes.

These recipes have been laid out in 5 main sections: Breakfasts, Main Course Meals, Vegetables and Side Dishes and everyone’s favorite… Snacks or Desserts (one of my favs is the Spicy Brownie with Coconut Frosting!!). We’ve also included an “extra’s” section with even more goodies to choose from.
Each recipe comes with a complete list of ingredients to use, directions to follow, and professional full color mouthwatering photos of finished meals. We’ve even included the prep and cook times for each recipe so you can plan your meals accordingly.
In case you were wondering the recipes and meal plans are printer friendly. So feel free to print these out and place on your fridge and or your fav recipe book for quick reference.
