10 Minute Ab Challenge
10 Minute AB Challenge… Are you IN? Here is the plan:
1. There are a total of four exercises.
2. Do each exercise for one minute.
3. Take a one minute break.
4. Repeat and do each exercise for one minute.
5. Take a one minute break.
6. Do all four exercises in one minute (15 seconds of each exercise).
Ab Exercise #1 – Lower Ab Lift
Keep that lower back pressed into the ground, lift your legs up and lower them back down.
Ab Exercise #2 – Curl Ups to Slow Downs
Start out lying flat on your back, pull your knees into your chest, pressing that back into ground, lift your hips/butt off the ground and your legs overhead. With a slow and controlled motion, slowly roll your legs down, one vertebrae at a time and bring your legs back up.
Ab Exercise #3 – Bicycle Extensions
Come up on forearms and lift your legs up and extend as if you’re riding a bike.
Ab Exercise #4 – Walk Ins
Start out in a triangle plank position and walk your feet all the way in toward your hands. Walk your feet back out into standard plank position and repeat.
