2 Simple Exercises to Strengthen Your Shoulders and Help With Your Downswing
Exercise #1
Hold up a set of exercise bands in front of you and fold them in half. Hold on tight and start opening up your arms. The closer together you hold the bands the harder you will work.
Exercise #2
Another variation you can do with the bands is to stand on top of bands with legs shoulder width apart and raise your arms up straight in front of you and also to your sides.
