2 Easy Core Exercises You Can Do Before Your Game With Your Golf Club

Lower back pain is usually a sign of a weak core. Here are 2 easy core exercises you can do with your golf club before your game.

Exercise #1

Start out by holding your golf club up in air with both of your hands, stomach in and core tight. Raise your left knee up to your side while leaning over and squeezing your core and obliques. Repeat on other side.

Exercise #2

Another great exercise you can do with your golf club is get down on your knees with your golf club in front of you, stable on your knees, glutes tight and stomach in. You wanna slowly lean forward using that core and squeezing at the end of the movement. Keep repeating and work on that core.
