“We must, we must, we must increase our B….” OK , I was NOT going to say THAT but today we ARE working the CHEST and ABS!
Best at home chest and abs workouts
Grab some water, a towel a mat if you have one and lets DO THIS!!
Today, we are starting in a PLANK position. Now before you say “I hate planks”, when you do them correctly they feel AMAZING…. so, If you don’t currently love planks, pause this video and go read or watch THIS here FIRST.
We are going to progress now to pushups but here are some tips:
- ALWAYS squeeze those glutes, tuck that pelvis under, bring it down to a pushup.
- If you bring your elbows in CLOSER you will work more TRICEPS if you bring them further apart you will work your CHEST.
Next, we will add on taking it to a combination move: KNEE, KNEE, PUSHUP!
These are TOUGH but you are WORKING it!!
After this, bring it BACK DOWN to a plank and we are going to do a TWIST.
REMEMBER: You don’t need to do a LOT of these but you should FEEL it even with just a few!
Once you have THIS down, add on and do an X plank. Take feet wider and take it to a TWIST!
LASTLY, we are going to move on to a TWISTED pushup…
Doing, doing DONE! GO YOU!
