19 Jan Why I created Natalie Jill Fitness
What many of you may not know is the story behind WHY I created Natalie Jill Fitness and the Jump Start Programs.
This was me a few years ago on the far left. Now I realize to many of you, I look just fine before (I am smiling), but I want you to know that was not.
I was so sad in that picture on the left. I was a newly single mom, a lot heavier than today, my thighs were rubbing together…I don’t mean just touching (which is NORMAL), I mean rubbing together when I walked which made it very uncomfortable to wear a skirt.
I was tired all of the time, depressed, hungry, grumpy, had hormone fluctuations, the whole bit.
I was also working full time, newly divorced, struggling financially big time and I didn’t have any extra time in my schedule. I was feeling so down. If you want to hear that whole story (not going there in this post) then you can read about ordeal HERE.
In addition, I also have the autoimmune disease (celiac) which means I cannot have gluten (and I haven’t for over 16 years). I could have accepted a lot of excuses which was very tempting I assure you. In fact I DID wallow in a LOT of excuses and have a pity party for a while.
BUT, finally I had had enough, and I DECIDED to change my mindset and FIX things.
If you ask anyone who has had a transformation (physically, mentally, financially) there is a great commonality. They all “decided” to make a change. When you DECIDE, everything becomes possible and you are truly ready to look for solutions.
When you STOP letting EXCUSES rule your day and make finding SOLUTIONS your mission, you are in store for some serious positive change!
I didn’t starve myself, I didn’t take dangerous pills, and I didn’t do unhealthy calorie restrictions. I figured out the formula. The same formula that now is outlined in my programs that years later has now helped tens of thousands of people across the globe, a lot like you.
You don’t have to struggle through this. You don’t have to do this alone and you CAN create a whole new possibility for yourself! DECIDE first. DECIDE that you are ready to make a change and then DECIDE that THIS time you are not only ready but that you will do it!
I did it and you can too! I believe in you.
