Ring Basics For A Strong Core!
How to do a Skin The Cat on the rings!

I am going to give you a little guidance on How to “Skin the Cat” below. While upper body strength is definitely needed to do this, you will find that you will be using your core a lot more.
- Hold onto rings.
- Lift up into a pull up (grab a workout partner or friend to spot you) using your core and your back.
- Lift your legs up into a 90 degree angle, flipping your legs back (looks harder than it is), turning up side down as best you can, and use your core to help lower you down.
If you’re already super strong, try keeping both legs straight!
