Inner Thigh Slim Down – Video
Inner thigh slim down! Today we are working towards strong, toned and slender thighs. In this Inner Thigh Slim Down video, I share four exercises that will help you slim down those thighs!

Inner Thigh Slim Down Exercise #1 – Sumo Squat
Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart, toes pointed out. Squat low engaging your glutes and legs. Push through your heels and squeeze those inner thighs on your way up. You can stay low and add tiny little pulses and/or HOLD.
Inner Thigh Slim Down Exercise #2 – Pulses
You can start out on your hands or forearms, one leg bent and the other leg open with your ankle pointed toward the ceiling. Add tiny little pulses, engaging those inner thighs. If that’s too easy, take the opposite hand and put pressure on your inner thigh.
Inner Thigh Slim Down Exercise #3 – Frog Press
Start out with your butt and heels on the ground, fingers pointed forward. Lift one leg up and similar to pulses, your ankle is pointed toward the ceiling and push that leg out to the side. Bring it back in and push out. To make the exercise more challenging, you can add tricep dips.
Inner Thigh Slim Down Exercise #4 – Interval Scissor Hop
You’re going to stand up for this one. Simply shuffle your feet or hop back and forth while swinging your arms.
Ready to put this all together? Let’s do this! I suggest 6 minutes, but that doesn’t mean you can’t go longer. Do what is intense for you! Try not to stop in between.

Sumo Variation Squat – 1 Minute
Interval Scissor Hops – 1 Minute
Pulses – 1 Minute
Interval Scissor Hops – 1 Minute
Frog Press – 1 Minute
Interval Scissor Hops – 1 Minute
