How to have Resolution Success! (For real!)

Last January, for the first time ever, I launched a small group accountability challenge. This group had tremendous resolution success and members from it have been begging for it again! So, drumroll please…I am thrilled to announce we are going to host the challenge again! More details in this video:

Holy resolution success time batman! It seems like everyone and their mom makes January resolutions to get back on Resolution Success Video with Natalie Jill track after the last few months of holiday indulgences. But…..do you know anyone who was actually still making good on their January resolutions in February? April? August? What about the remainder of the year? What is the difference between those who succeed and those who don’t?

I strongly believe that there are three HUGE factors at play for those who experience resolution success and succeed in reaching their goals.

How to Have Resolution Success Tip #1

DECIDE! And yes – I am yelling this from the roof tops 🙂 People that are successful at ANYTHING – especially GOALS had to first DECIDE. Are you one of those people? Try this quick little fun activity. Tell me, what is your #1 goal for 2016? Got it? Good. OK now read these two sentences out loud and fill in your goal:

  1. In 2016 I am going to TRY to (insert your #1 goal here).
  2. In 2016 I am going to DECIDE to (insert your #1 goal here).

Now, which sentence felt better? More attainable? More successful? Exactly. 🙂

BE ACCOUNTABLE! Be accountable to yourself (take responsibility) AND be accountable to someone else with your intentions. Grab a like-minded friend (or two) and DECIDE to achieve your goals together. When you choose a reliable partner and make a commitment to them, you will be unstoppable in achieving resolution success!
