Easy Asparagus Soup

Ingredients:
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 bunch of asparagus
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a baking sheet coat asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic. Bake in the oven at for 10 min. Add chicken broth and baked asparagus in the blender and blend until smooth.
*Makes 2 servings
