Beginner Hip Hop Workout! I had my friend Keaira LaShae over because she is the bomb dot com with dance moves, and she challenged me to step my game up…so I did! Not only did I get an amazing FULL BODY workout, but I learned how to “paint that wall with my booty”, twerk, and let’s be real…embarrass myself while doing it! LOL
