How it all started…

What many of you may not know is the story behind WHY I originally created the Jump Start Programs and Natalie Jill Fitness.

Several years ago, I was stuck in a very ‘down’ place. I was a newly divorced single mom, a LOT heavier than today, I was tired all of the time, depressed, hungry, grumpy, hormone fluctuations, the whole bit.

I was working full time trying to hold everything together…but I was struggling financially, and I didn’t have ANY extra time in my schedule to work more, much less workout. I was feeling pretty low and my confidence was all but gone.

I have had an autoimmune disease (celiac) since the late 90’s and I could have accepted a lot of excuses which was very tempting, but I didn’t. I wallowed in pity for more months than I care to remember, and then one day I’d had enough.

I DECIDED to fix my situation!

I didn’t starve myself, I didn’t do dangerous pills, and I didn’t do unhealthy (short term) calorie restrictions. I figured out the formula. The same formula that now is outlined in my programs that years later has now helped hundreds of thousands of people just like you.

My highly successful program attracted the attention of a publisher, and became a national bestselling book in May 2016, and today, the program I created is on the cover of Woman’s World!
