Mango Avocado Side Salad Recipe
This yummy Mango Avocado Side Salad is SO delicious. Everyone on my team who had some has the same reaction…”Oh my gosh, what is in this?! It’s delicious!!!” It’s a great healthy, refreshing snack for hot summer days! Pair this side salad recipe with 4oz of your favorite protein to complete the meal.

Ingredients:
4 avocados cut into cubes
2 mangos cut into cubes
½ diced red onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
½ cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 3 limes
2 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine avocados, mangos, onion, bell pepper and cilantro. Stir and set aside. In a small bowl whisk together avocado/olive oil, lime juice, and garlic. Pour the lime juice mixture into the bowl with the avocados and mangos, toss to combine. Serve.
