Here is a full body workout that I created for you at Anytime Fitness
Now, with any of these exercises in the video, there is NO magic number or reps. You want to do what is challenging and intense for YOU. You also want to feel things in the muscles you are working. If you are lifting too heavy, your form will suffer and you will feel it in your joints and other areas you should NOT be feeling it. Challenge the muscles you are working but keep it controlled with proper form to reap the benefits.
Here is the Full Body GYM workout
Starting with Shoulders!
- Side Raises
- Front Raises
- Upright Rows
Move over to chest
- Incline dumbell press
- Incline Flys
Next is Biceps
- Front and side curls (keep elbows in)
- Standard Bar curls, keep elbows in and squeeze!
Time for Back
- Lat Pull down with a reverse grip (palms towards you)
- Standing pull lat pull downs
- Rope rows with a wider grip
Taking over to Triceps

There is no magic number, rep or time for the above! Do what is challenging for YOU!
Some additional tips to kick start your fitness goals:
- Fitness tip #1 Change it up!
Getting motivated is easier when you change it up! If you have been working out at home, consider joining a gym. If you have been doing the SAME workout for a while now, consider trying a class or something different! Although routine becomes habit, it is easy to start just “going through the motions” when we are doing the same routine over and over again. By changing it up we get re-inspired, re-motivated, and challenge ourselves more. - Fitness tip #2 Consider working with a trainer
When we workout alone we push ourselves (sometimes) but when you work with a trainer, someone ELSE has a vested interest in pushing you, too and they always push you further than you will likely push yourself! When someone else is cheering us on and pushing us, not only do we learn some new things, but we tend to work a bit harder than we would have on our own. - Fitness tip #3 Be accountable
Accountability helps us to avoid excuses and other things that may get in the way of our workout goals! Sign up for a class, schedule with a trainer, or schedule your workout with a friend to stay accountable.
