Flavored Ice Cubes
A huge must in any fat loss or health plan is drinking ENOUGH water! You should drink no less than eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon a day. A lot of us are walking around feeling hungry, when really, we are just chronically dehydrated! AND, if we aren’t getting enough water, our bodies tend to hold on to excess water, causing even more bloat! I know that sometimes it can be a challenge to enjoy drinking so much water, so I want to share with you an easy and fun way to make sure you’re staying hydrated. These flavored ice cubes will definitely give you a little pep in your step and help you get down your daily dose of h20!
Ingredients:
Strawberry Basil
Watermelon Mint
Lemon Ginger Cayenne
Cucumber Lime
Blueberry Orange
Raspberry Kiwi
Grapefruit Thyme
Directions:
Fill each ice tray square with cut up bits of each fruit. Fill as much as you can while still being able to add water in.
Use two cubes per 8 ounces of water and enjoy!
