Healthier Peach Crisp
This yummy and healthier peach crisp recipe serves 4 so share with friends and family for a special treat! Remember, though, it’s a dessert so enjoy in moderation 🙂
Ingredients:
4 ripe peaches
1/2 cup almonds, smashed
4 tbsp ghee slightly melted
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions:
Set oven to 300 F. Peel and slice the peaches. Place them in an oven safe dish and toss them with the lemon juice. Mix the almond flour, syrup, almonds, and ghee until well mixed. Top with the peaches. Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbling and lighttly browned on top.
