Paleo Turkey Tacos
Try these Paleo Turkey Tacos to put a healthy, guilt-free, and refreshing spin on your Taco Tuesday! This recipe serves 3-4.
Ingredients:
12-16 oz lean ground turkey
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 avocado diced
3 tbsp cilantro chopped
1 tomato chopped
1/4 purple onion chopped
Romaine lettuce
Directions:
In a large skillet cook the lean ground turkey on medium heat. Mix in the garlic and make sure you are stirring your turkey so it creates small pieces. When the turkey is almost done cooking, add the seasonings.
On a medium sized plate, place your washed romaine lettuce leaves as if they were taco shells. Add your turkey and then top with all your chopped veggies!
