Ingredients:
About 4-5 ounces tuna in water, drained
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 apple sliced, core removed
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl add your tuna, Greek yogurt, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix. Then removed the core of your apple and slice it. Top the apple slices with the tuna salad mix.
