Mega Nutrient Morning Smoothie
Today we are making a yummy mega nutrient morning smoothie that is power packed with goods and will keep you full for hours! Not only that, but it will help you lose weight! It’s one of my favorite recipes and I especially like it when I feel like my body needs a reset or like I want to eat light!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Frozen Berries
- 1 pouch Pitaya, frozen
- 3 slices frozen peach
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 scoops Protein Powder
- Greens Powder
- Powdered probiotic
- Water
- 1 tsp almond extract
Directions:
Blend at high speed until blended. Add water to the consistency of your choice! Once blended, add in the almond extract and blend again.
