About two years ago, I really got hit hard with the idea of aging. At the age of 46, I was very aware of the public opinion on aging and since I was so in tune with my health and fitness, I thought I was untouchable.

Then I ruptured a disk in my lower back and it all hit me! Some of you may be able to relate with the idea of “when did I start looking like my mom?” And, of course the growing list of care we need to do for ourselves.

When I started to truly question this, I also asked myself is health and nutrition really THE answer for people? I soon realized it’s so much more. In this episode, I get interviewed by my dear friend Allyson Byrd and we talk about what Aging In Reverse REALLY means. Why I started this community, and how I’ve leveled up, walked through the process, and how I’m helping others do the same.
