Arm and Thigh workouts
“Inner thighs” and “back of arms!” THESE are the body parts I am asked MOST about. First, the bad news…you can’t spot reduce. I know that is not what you wanted to hear, BUT don’t log off quite yet… HERE is the good news…
You can DRASTICALLY change the appearance by developing and toning the muscle in those areas and you CAN lose the body fat. By doing these two things, your svelte thighs and sexy toned arms will be tank top ready before you know it!

For women, toning the back of the arms is one of the toughest areas and let’s face it, we don’t love that extra skin hanging, do we? And our thighs…how annoying is that area?
With a proper diet of whole, unprocessed foods and nutrition and a little motivation, we CAN get rid of those Bingo arms and jiggly thighs. As I mentioned previously, I share some of my best videos to work those pesky arms and inner thighs. You can switch it up and work your arms one day, thighs the next or do one of each workout and target both areas!
