OK here we go…”Mission Bingo Arm Be Gone!”
I think it’s safe to say to the majority of women know what I’m talking about when I refer to that “Bingo Arm” or “Arm Wave.”  You know… that extra layer under your arm that jiggles when you wave good bye. So annoying right?  The bad news is you can’t spot reduce or exercise away fat in a specific area. The good news is you can develop muscles by losing all over body fat. And you can do that through your diet, a deficit in calories (meaning what you’re eating vs what you’re burning in a day), intensity in your training and developing lean muscle in that area. Those things together will drastically change the appearance of those pesky areas!
Here is the break down of the exercises in today’s video:
Tricep Dips
I love these because there are so many variations of a tricep dip. You can keep your legs on the ground, bend your knees or do them off a bench. Just simply place your hands forward toward your toes and drop down into a dip and push yourself back up. Try and keep those elbows in close to your body and not let them push out.
Sit Throughs
This is very similar to a bridge position. Take it to the floor, keep your feet flat on the ground, your fingers forward, take it up into a bridge position and bring your butt back down. Focus on using your triceps as you go up into bridge position and back down.
Kick backs
You can do these with your own body weight or weights; whichever you prefer. Â By changing your grip position you will work different areas of the tricep. Bend your knees, lean over, keeping your arms close to your side and push back working those triceps.
