Beach Booty Workout with the Betty Rocker!
Beach booty mission with the Betty Rocker! We had a PERFECT sunny day for this workout 🙂 These exercises are AWESOME to do on the beach “butt” (no pun intended…) , you can do these anywhere. Don’t let not having access to the beach stop you!
Tone, Lift and Sculpt that Booty!
Reverse Lunge Pulses
Start standing up tall, take one leg back into a lunge position and pulse; switch legs and repeat.
Army Squats
Starting from standing, take it down on your left knee, then right knee, then back up on left foot and lift your right knee above your waist; start on opposite side and repeat.
Squat Leg LiftsÂ
Starting in standing position, legs shoulder width apart, take it into a squat position, come back up and left one leg to the side, go back down into squat position and lift other leg to the side. Keep going until it burns!
Reverse Lunge with Leg Lift
From standing position, take one leg back into a lunge position, and as you come back up, lift that back leg, squeezing your glutes. Do as many as you can on one side and then switch legs and repeat on other side!
Squat Jumps
Simply take it into a squat and on your way back up, jump! Keep those knees shoulder width a part and remember you don’t want your knees in line with yourtoes; you want them in line with your heels, concentrating on that butt.
