Best Way to Lose Love Handles!
Have you seen Gone Girl? Do you want to find Amazing Amy or Amazing Abs? When you think about getting rid of those love handles, do you think about doing 1,000 bicycle abs movements? Think again! In this video, I share three effective exercises that will help you not only get rid of those love handles, but strengthen that core which is even more important. Are you ready?
Three Challenging Core and Ab Combination Workout Moves
Tuck from Plank Position
Take yourself down into plank position on your hands instead of your forearms, with your toes on the towel and tuck those knees in toward your abs and push them back out. Keep those glutes tight and your back as flat as possible, avoiding that C Curve.
Plank and Pike
Staying in plank position on your hands, toes on towel, lift your hips up, bringing those toes toward your hands. You will probably feel this in your shoulders, arms and legs, but you should mostly be feeling it in your abs!
Plank Position
Again, staying in plank position on your hands, take one leg and tap out and in (small windshield wiper movements) squeeze those inner thighs as you pull that leg back in. Switch legs and repeat on the other side!
It doesn’t take a lot of exercises or repetitions to get rid of those love handles and have amazing abs. Just do what is intense for you (that means breaking a sweat)!
