Blueberry Protein Smoothie with Almonds
My Blueberry Almond Smoothie is a delicious blueberry protein smoothie with almonds from my Stay Lean Smoothies & Juices book, and is my go-to for a quick filling snack.
Directions:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup blueberries
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp almond extract
cover with water & blend
