We all have ABS. For some of us, they are just in “hiding.” You ABSOLUTELY can get them out of hiding- even if you are a mom! This morning I did a live Q&A chat with my friend, Kate @beyondfitmom and we discussed this topic at length!

We dispel the age old myths that “having a baby ‘wrecks’ your body,” and “once you have a baby, your body is never the same.” We also share how our bodies are now in even BETTER shape AFTER having our babies.
On this live broadcast “Can Moms Get Abs?” we discussed
- The importance of Unprocessing your diet! Think- simple ingredients you can pronounce, basic unprocessed foods.
- Train with INTENSITY. This means different things to everyone but to ME it means push yourself, step outside your comfort zone. Do Body weight exercises, especially planks (here is the correct way). Can you hold a plank correctly for a minute? Sounds easy, but it’s not- and it will get you on your way to the abs you want to see come out of hiding!
