Chia Seed Pudding
I wanted to share with you one of my favorite recipes from my BRAND NEW, real-deal, full-color, hard-cover recipe BOOK! This Chia Seed Pudding is so delicious, and guilt-free.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Shredded, Unsweetened Coconut
- 1/3 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Grade B Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a mason jar or other jar with sealable lid. Once added, shake the ingredients so that everything mixes. Place container in the fridge and wait for an hour. After an hour, shake it again. Place back in fridge for at least another four hours. Once done setting, you can top with some toasted coconut. Enjoy!
