Chicken Avocado Sticks
Don’t you love those meals that don’t leave you feeling totally stuffed, heavy and overly full? This is one of those! I am currently loving these healthy chicken avocado sticks! This simple, light, fresh and delicious recipe is also great for a snack! Even the kiddos will like it.
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
juice of 1/2 lime
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups shredded chicken
6 fresh cut celery sticks
Directions:
In a mixing bowl add your avocado and greek yogurt. Mash avocado into greek yogurt as well as you can. Next add your lime juice, garlic, cilantro and shredded chicken. Lay your celery sticks flat on your plate and top each stick with the chicken and avocado mix.
