STAY LEAN Chicken Soup Recipe:
Chicken soup – Need an idea for a super easy, healthy, and TASTY meal that you can make once and use for several meals? Here is an EASY chicken soup recipe that has the perfect ratios of lean protein, fibrous carbohydrates, and a healthy fats!
Ingredients – All you need:
Avocado
Lime juice
3 chicken breast
1 bunch of celery
2 cups baby carrots
1-2 red onions
3 cups spinach
3 TBSP minced Garlic
Sea Salt
Chicken Soup Instructions:
Chop all of the vegetables and slice the Avocado.
Add veggies and RAW chicken to a soup pot.
Cover with water and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling, turn heat down to a simmer and cook for one hour.
Add sea salt, lime and a TBSP of avocado to each serving!
Super easy and will last for several meals. You can also easily freeze and re-heat. Make it once…and have NO-HASSLE meals for the rest of the week. Perfect to put in your 6-pack bag and take to work.
