Gluten Free Curry Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
Did you know making your own curry was THIS easy?! Love this simple and unprocessed curry shrimp lettuce wraps recipe. All real ingredients coming together to make this flavor party in your mouth! You can even use chicken if you aren’t a fan of shrimp.
Ingredients:
4 oz cooked shrimp
3 tbsp greek yogurt
2 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp rice vinegar
½ cucumber, julienned
½ red pepper, julienned
1 tbsp sliced basil
3 butter lettuce leaves as cups
Directions:
In a bowl whisk together greek yogurt, vinegar, cayenne pepper and curry powder. Toss shrimp in curry mix and let sit for a few minutes while you cut your cucumber, red pepper and basil. Top butter lettuce cups with shrimp, sliced veggies, then basil.
