Everybody Work It Out with Jason Rosell of Caliente Fitness
Everybody Work It Out! “Natalie Jill you want to dance with me! Come on and rock it! Shake it! Go Natalie!” Okay you guys, seriously! I worked out with Jason Rosell, creator of “Everybody Work It Out” which is a MUSIC workout system! So you get to watch me workout…disguised as a dance…and yes I was sore the next day! 🙂 I bet by the time this is done you will be doing it, too!
EVERYBODY WORK IT OUT DANCE ROUTINE STEPS:
- Bend one arm at a time in front of you like you’re pulling down on something
- Then out your arms out in front of you one at a time
- Now take it out to the sides one a time
- Flex, Flex
- Squat
- When you stand back up, bring your arms in like you’re squeezing your chest together
Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 four times…and then repeat EVERYTHING! 🙂 WORK IT!
For the workout in this video, we added cross body punches and squats followed by the dance routine!
As you can see…it’s not THAT hard, even if you aren’t a good dancer. Heck, doing this might even make you feel like a cheerleader like it did for me! BUT, I’ll tell you one thing — I definitely felt it! So I hope you did it with me and I hope you had fun learning another way to get your heart rate up and work your whole body!
