Fat burning foods with a great friend and mentor! I am so honored to have been on Chalene Johnson’s podcast, The Chalene Show! We talked about the release of my first hardcover book that stemmed from the program that has helped so many others discover habits that last a lifetime! My new book has new fat burning recipes, guilt-free desserts, do-anywhere exercises, and a good dose of motivation.
There is total information overload out there. BUT, you don’t have to follow a “diet”, you can stop following trends/fads, and you really don’t have to deprive yourself to see results.
It can literally be as easy as simplifying. Choose the foods with clean ingredients. Cut out the processed junk! The label you should really read and pay attention to is the ingredient list — if you can pronounce and define everything listed, you’re on the right track. Start adding the GOOD and make less room for the BAD.
It’s really hard to overeat real, unprocessed food! It wont be long before fruit really tastes like a dessert to you.
