Fridge Prep for Fat Loss! This is exactly what I do in my fridge to make it SUPER convenient and easy for health, focus, energy, fat loss and for aging in reverse.
Keep all “good for you Foods” washed, prepped and at eye level.
Keep things in glass or see through containers so it’s appealing to grab.
Keep junk, leftovers, craving foods out of site. This exactly how you can fridge prep for fat loss.
“I want to show you exactly what I do for my refrigerator. So I’m completely on track for fat loss and for aging and reverse. Now, if you’re like me when you’re hungry or just when you’re bored, you come your fridge, you open it up and you just sort of stare in it like, okay, like there’s something going to be new in there and there’s, something’s going to just pop out at you. And when you’re in that mode, when you’re hungry or when you’re just bored, you’re looking for something to grab your attention. So this is how I solve it. So come and look inside my fridge here. So this is what I do. I really prepare everything and I keep it at eye level because typically what we do is we’ll put all our healthy foods in the drawers down below in the plastic bags.”
