This glazed scallops and bok choy meal is not only gluten-free, Instagram food pic worthy, AND healthy — but it is actually really simple and easy to make! Follow these few steps and make yourself proud of your deliciously beautiful (and healthy) meal.

Ingredients

4-6 oz. Scallops
1 Tbsp. gluten free tamari
½ tsp. apple cider vinegar
½ tsp. rice vinegar
1 cup bok choy
1 medium orange- use juice only

Directions

Stir-fry all ingredients in a pan or wok.
Serve with gluten free tamari on the side to dip.
