Coconut Mango Ice Cream Recipe
I am obsessed with this healthy coconut mango ice cream recipe! An ice cream recipe that is totally unprocessed and is easy to make!

Ingredients:
1 can full fat coconut milk
3 cups fresh diced mango, frozen
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Directions:
Throw all ingredients in a blender or food processor blend until smooth. Place in a container with a lid and freeze for minimum 3 hours. When ready to serve, let defrost about 15 to 20 minutes.
