Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup oat flour
12-14 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp tapioca starch
Glazed Icing:
½ cup coconut butter
¼ cup coconut oil
1 tbsp grade B maple syrup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Blend almond milk and dates until smooth. Using a large bowl combine flour, baking soda, tapioca starch and baking powder. In that same bowl add the vanilla, lemon juice and date mixture, stir until well combined. Spoon mixture into donut molds and bake for 10 minutes.

In another small bowl combine all glazed icing ingredients and mix. Set aside. Take out donuts and let cool. Drizzle glazed icing over cooled donuts.
