I totally get it…sometimes half the struggle is just showing up! You want to crush a workout, but you REALLY don’t want to go anywhere or be seen by anyone. Right? Okay…this is for you! It’s a do-at-home FULL body workout. You can do it in your room, your living room, your garage…you choose! If you’re home, you’re already showing up! (and if you’re wanting to take this to the gym…go for it!) Are you IN?!
Today we are working out WHOLE BODY with this do at home full body workout. You don’t HAVE to hit the gym to get an intense full body workout! Watch as I demo some moves for you in this do at home full body routine. Aim to do each exercise until you can’t! Push yourself…remember that progression is KEY!
Here’s the plan for the full body workout:
- Reverse bridge walk outs to side taps
- Donkey kicks
- Straight leg lifts
- Side to side taps
- Reach backs
- Lean backs
- Wall sit with lat raises
- Single leg wall sit
- Tricep lean backs
- Tricep dips
- Extended tricep dips
- Leg up dips
- Glute bridges
- Wall walks
