Lets talk about how to do a perfect pull up, a perfect chin up and find out what the difference is!
Pull ups and chin ups are the best upper body weight exercises! They will change how your upper body looks and give it the strength to be physically fit.
So what is the difference?
In order to have a perfect pull up you will want to hold onto the bar with your palms facing away from you. A chin up is the exact opposite, your palms will be facing towards you. The technique to learn them is the same, its that easy!
