30 Mar Protein Packed Dessert for Breakfast – Chocolate Mousse Pudding
I LOVE to switch it up to break up the eggs for breakfast rut and HAD to share this delicious recipe (or rather, a concoction I threw together lol) with you 👅 This combo is my new go-to when I need a quick delicious change while still getting my morning protein fix. It feels like having chocolate mousse pudding dessert for breakfast, but it’s actually packed with protein and so many other nutrients and antioxidants to fuel your day.
Protein Packed Chocolate Mousse Pudding
You’ll need:
- ¾ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop Chocolate Beef Protein Powder (I swear by this one)
- 1 scoop Chocolicious Mushroom Breakthrough
- ¼ cup Organic Raspberries

Directions:
Mix it all up in a bowl and top with raspberries and enjoy!
It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, and keeps well in the fridge if you want to meal-prep (you can even throw it in Tupperware or a mason jar and enjoy it on the go for a protein packed snack)
